This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with experience in bread, dough, and viennoiserie production who thrives in a fast-paced, overnight setting. Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, and shape various doughs, including bread and viennoiserie. Proof and bake viennoiserie to achieve the perfect texture and flavor. Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality. Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, proofers, and ovens. Monitor proofing, fermentation, and baking processes for optimal results. Multitask efficiently to handle multiple production tasks at once. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Work efficiently and independently while contributing to a positive team environment. Ensure timeliness in meeting production deadlines. Requirements: Experience in a bakery setting, particularly with bread and viennoiserie. Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques. Ability to proof and bake viennoiserie with precision. Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple production tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and stay on task overnight. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
